EFFORTLESS WEIGHTLOSS DIET PLAN

PRINCIPLE :

Dr.Dixit /Jichkar Sir’s magical formula controls excessive insulin secretion and causes weight/fat loss from places where it is more. By increasing insulin sensitivity of the body, it postpones or prevents Diabetes.?

 

OUTCOME : Weightloss,  inches loss (1st from the tummy) , Diabetes prevention & many others.

 

1) NOTE : This diet plan is not for below 18 years? of age & Diabetics?(These people can speak to Dr.Dixit Sir once and if he permits then only they should follow the diet plan).

 

2)Eat 2 times a day. You should eat when you feel really hungry. This time can be different for different people. Generally most people are hungry at 9am and  6pm or 1pm and 9pm.

Finish eating the meals & all the stuff you like to eat or drink in 55 minutes span.?⏳

 

3) Things which can be taken in any amount, in gaps between meals are all without Sugar/Jaggery/Sugar Substitutes/ Honey:

i) ? Tomato upto one?

ii)Thin Buttermilk. Add salt & jeera powder if you want.

iii) ☕ DiluteTea_ ➡ 25% milk 75% water.

iv) ☕ Black tea/Black coffee/ green tea

v)? Lemon Water

vi) ? Coconut water without pulp(Malai)

vii) Note : Cucumber, cucumber in buttermilk & Orange juice have been deleted from this list of gap-fillers based on our latest research.

4) Try to keep the meal timings fix.A variation of 15-20 min is allowed.

5) You can break the diet plan only for genuine reasons. From next day follow the diet plan strictly. No fixed weekly offs.

6) Exercise for at least 45 mins. Any form of exercise which will increase your heart rate is okay.  Our recommendation is fast walking.  Walk 4.5 km in 45 minutes. Do this at least for five days in a week.

7) On day-1,do following 3 things :

i) Take empty stomach weight in the morning on a  weighing machine. Use the same weighing machine to monitor weight loss.

ii) Take Waist circumference.

Recheck these 2 ,every month.

iii) Do Lab investigations of :

Fasting insulin & HbA1C.

Recheck this after 3 months.

8) KNOW YOUR MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE WEIGHT :

Max weight = Height in cm – minus 100

For e.g. : if your height is 170 cm…

170 -100 = 70  kg should be the maximum weight.
