Care during Summer Heat

The summer heat is expected to go beyond 40 degree

Please avoid late night dinners for yourself and your family

It puts a heavy strain on the heart, liver,brain and kidneys

Please strictly avoid the following foods in lunch and mainly dinner for this few months of summer, it’s better to sleep a bit hungry than to risk any sudden health disorder

 

Tur dal, maida foods, white chana, chole chana, cooked cabbage, cauliflower,  fermented foods like idli or dosage etc, oily cooked foods, frozen cheese, cold drinks, frozen salads, reheated or stale foods, spicy and salty food, too many food combinations and mainly avoid eating out.

 

Instead, eat simple foods, simple combinations, with least oil and masala, salads, fruits, soups, boiled vegs  sandwich with lots of green chutney, green tea, bhel, veg paratha, dal rice, dahi Thepla, rose milk, thandai,   dahi raita n rice, dahi curry and rice, green vegs and roti and all seasonal fruits.

Remember to eat half than your normal diet

 

Eat as early as possible, max before 9 pm

Please walk for 5 minutes after your dinner
