Today’s post is specially for the students appearing 10th and 12th std exams!

We will be writing about the diet helpful during the exams!

Here are Do’s during exam period-

1) Drink 2.5-3 Ltrs of water to stay hydrated and prevent kidney stone,burning micturition and acidity problems.Keep water bottle always with you while studying.

2) If you study for longer time, brain fatigue is the normal thing.So keep Vit C rich eatables like Amla candy, Oranges,Grapes to energise brain for next chapter.

3) Almonds, walnuts never increases brain power, but they help enhancing the Memory.So have dryfruits everyday as midtime snacks.

4)Natural Sugar in Milk and Fruits helps to energised fatigued brain.So drink milk without adding sugar & have atleast 1 seasonal fruit a day.

5)Protein rich diet during exams is the most important factor to stay healthy. Add Sprouts,Dal in your diet.

6) Eating cadbury chocolates,banana helps to release the stress as they have Triptophan which helps to reduce the stress.

7)Include Curd in the lunch. It’s a very good probiotic. If you have a history of loose motions during exam period, always eat Rice or Roti with Curd.

8) Always prefer to wake up early morning rather than studying late night.If you study late night, have light dinner, include either roti or rice.You can drink green tea, soya milk, milk & protein powder in night while studying. Don’t have teas or coffees.

9) Practise Yoga and Pranayam early morning to increase the body and brain strength.

10) Keep peels of Orange, lemons,Mosambi on the desk.The smell of this refreshes your brain.
