Healing

Healing means that a person does not have energy to cope with his problems and he keeps sinking into them, second, his mind is not into contemplation or meditation or dhyan that he can find solution to his problems, third, he is set to grow, set for change that is why problems or diseases have come to him. So I often say, toxins in the body, undesirable thoughts in the mind, burden on your soul all create diseases. Why they come so that we can learn from them and grow. We treat them through medicine, healing, naturopathy, Ayurveda, and other methods, but none of them will work unless we don’t combine them with healing. These treatments help only 60 per cent with their chemicals or solutions, but for these to work properly, healing is needed. It is essential.

In childhood, you see that mothers have healing touch, when they clean their child’s room, offer him food, ready his clothes – their healing touch is work. As an adult this healing touch is missing. In the hospitals too, the nurses only offer you medicines, but that healing touch is missing. Healing does not happen through techniques. For healing, you have to prepare yourself. You should have completed all your duties so there is no guilt inside. And as much the extent you have worked on yourself, whatever the extent of your purity and piousness that much you will be your ability to heal others with your touch, your presence. You can have all the oxygen giving equipment, but unless there is oxygen in your cylinder, all the fancy equipment will be of no use. Similarly, balance your chakras, so that right energies flow through them.

Unless you are working on yourself, not only psychologically, but balancing the chemicals inside you, your chakras, balancing yourself so that right energies flow through them you cannot help balance the chakras of people around you. If your chakras are not balanced, then whatever healing you are doing is merely a technique. Cleanse and balance your chakras. Make it a part of your regular meditation routine, because soon the chakras will tell you where your problems lie. You will be able to connect with your chakras and get messages from them. Also when by cleaning your chakras, body becomes clean and people’s problems will become visible to you with clarity.

Then you have to do sadhana on healing people silently, without telling them, removing the darkness from their chakras.

Healing happens with divine grace. The one who has to be healed, he will automatically come into the aura of the healer.

You have done enough work on the mind, now it is time to work on energy, on chakra healing, this will balance your hormones; it will cleanse your aura. Your organs will become strong; you will becomes disease free.

When you are able to balance your chakras, you get messages from them about whom to deal with and how.

Healing chakras:

You could even take one chakra at a time, if you like. Focus on it for 10 minutes. See the chakra happy, fill it with light, with its respective colour. Do all this with dhairya – taking your own time with full satisfaction and patience.

To be grounded, strengthen your root chakra;

To bring in balance in your desire and work, focus on swadishthan chakra.

Balance your chakras, balance yourself and everything will fall into place.

When your chakras are clean and open then other person’s chakras will also open up to receive the message you are trying to convey.

Also you will start to mirror the people in front of you. You will learn what is wrong with them by noticing your own chakras.

Chakra balancing helps you become light, and travel light.

Tune your chakras, work on yourself so that what is right will flow through you.

Continue to work on yourself; from this you will keep getting directives and roads will open you automatically. This is no other way.

Expansion is the only way forward; don’t stop the flow.
